Welcome to our new surgery website

Quote / Testimonial:
With patient’s needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need.

As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

In addition to providing General Medical Services, the practice teaches medical students from Imperial College.

What We’re Doing to Improve Your GP Access

  • Same Day Appointments: We’re continuing to offer extra appointments so you can get help on the day you need it.
  • Easier Phone Access: A single point of contact is in place to make things simpler for everyone, including those with language or digital barriers.
  • Quicker Online Replies: Our teams aim to respond to online requests by the next working day.
  • Better Phone Service: We’re improving how calls are handled.
  • Support with the NHS App: We’re helping more people register and use the NHS App to manage their care easily.
  • Your Voice Matters: We’re running patient events and surveys to make sure your feedback shapes our services.
  • Fair Access for Everyone: We’re focusing on making services more inclusive for all communities, including those less confident with technology.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
