After 27 years at Walm Lane Surgery I think it is time to say goodbye.

I would like to say thank you, to all the staff at Walm Lane Surgery and Harness who have supported me over the years. From doctors, nurses, practice manager, receptionists, admin staff, pharmacists, clinical pharmacists, physiotherapist.

Most of all I would like to say thank you to all my patients. You have let me into your lives and the lives of your families.

It has been a pleasure, an honour and a privilege to be your doctor.

I will take you with me always.

After 27 years of dedicated service, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Dr. Redrado, who will be retiring from our practice this month.

Dr. Redrado has been a pillar of compassionate care and professionalism, known for her warm, personable manner and natural, thoughtful interactions with patients.

Her commitment to the wellbeing of our community has left a lasting impact, and she will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by colleagues and patients alike.

Please be reassured that all patients currently registered with Dr. Redrado will continue to receive uninterrupted care. Your registration remains safe, and our team is here to support you through this transition.

We extend our deepest thanks to Dr. Redrado for her years of outstanding service and wish her the very best in her well-earned retirement.

  • Your Voice Matters: We’re running patient events and surveys to make sure your feedback shapes our services.
  • Fair Access for Everyone: We’re focusing on making services more inclusive for all communities, including those less confident with technology.
